Five Humanities

Five of those worlds were inhabited by humans, along with all the species whose embryos or seeds came in the Hyperion ship, five worlds boiling with life, five small Earths, very similar to each other, with differences in their climates, geography and geology, but all of them with conditions that almost perfectly replicated those of the world of origin of humanity.

Five worlds, five humanities that did not know each other, all of them fundamentally equal, but each one ignorant of the fact that in their own neighboring worlds inhabited others like them, living similar lives, all of them guided by you, the strange presence that provided them with everything they needed, only in exchange for claiming every three years to the less than six years to be taken to one of the beehive worlds, where they would be educated, according to your precepts, which would be the ones that would continue for their whole life.

Thousands of small villages formed the human nation in each of those worlds, populated with no more than ten thousand inhabitants, who led a life without major technological advances, were provided with food, water, energy and other inputs by you. They lived in abundance and peace, thanks to your unknown benefactor and supplier.

They had a patriarchal government, where the regent was the greatest figure of authority and was chosen by the inhabitants from among the elders of the village, and was in charge of ensuring that the rules that indicated your principles were followed.

The regent exercises his position from his election, until he must retire with you, to complete your life cycle, that is, as for all the inhabitants of the five worlds, when he completes the thirty-five planetary cycles. The exact equivalent of thirty-five Earth years.
