EOSBIXIN: Code of Conduct
Dear EOS community,
First of all, thanks to the inspiration of @eos42 that we decide to write and publish our code of conduct. We have made some of our own adjustments and additions which we need to introduce to you following below.
We, EOSBIXIN, adhere to announce and promise that, EOSBIXIN is an independent Block Producer, the company registration is in the process that we have submitted papers in Bangkok. We are not owned, managed, directed by any other organizations or BPs. We are not controlled by any other companies or financial institutions. The office location is 4608#tower 3, Empire Tower, Yan Nawa, Sathon, Bangkok,10120.
Mission statement
EOSBIXIN aim to be the guardians who protect the EOS network, to make EOS be the guardian, the distributor and the carrier of human values. This will be through high performance, reliable network support, investing to enable it to scale, protecting EOS token value and empowering the community to create a healthy and sustainable ecosystem.
Honesty, Integrity, and Ethics
EOSBIXIN as a Block Producer will always act with honesty, integrity and apply the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our conduct. This includes abiding by all aspects of the EOS constitution and exceeding
those where applicable, which includes never paying voters for support.
Political and Financial Independence
EOSBIXIN as a Block Producer will maintain full operational and financial independence at all times. We are not owned, managed, directed by any other organizations or BPs. We are not controlled by any other companies or financial institutions. We will not collude with other block producers or run more than one BP node within any chain to further strengthen this principle.
High Network Performance
EOSBIXIN as a Block Producer will always place the highest priority on investing back into the required network infrastructure and people to enable the EOS network to perform at the highest level and scale effectively. We believe that human talents are crucial, therefore, in the near future, we will invest in offering code and programming course to attracting and motivating more developers in this industry.
Security
EOSBIXIN as a block producer, we always have independent security audits on our EOS blockchain infrastructure to ensure we operate at the highest level of security and ensure we never compromise EOS blockchains.
Transparency
EOSBIXINN as a Block Producer will provide team and financial transparency that exceeds those required by company law and meets the requirements of the EOS constitution. The EOSBIXIN team and any passive
investor structure will also be transparent to the community, and we will always seek to exceed ongoing community requirements as these evolve.
Small, Trusted Team
EOSBIXIN as a Block Producer will endeavor to keep the core team small and trusted. The founder is the former Bixin COO "Chaojijun" Aldrich Wu, the senior engineer is Winlin Liu, and Katherine Fang is in charge of holding meetups and maintaining the community. Currently, we are ten in EOSBIXIN team.
Community Value Add
EOSBIXIN as a Block Producer will align our behaviors with the interests of the Community in a variety of ways to add value. Including but not limited to, supporting and investing in DAPPs development, offering code and programming course to new developers, etc.
Proposing Lowest Inflation Required
EOSBIXIN as a Block Producer will carefully assess costs, token price and future network support expectations to always propose only the lowest inflation required to ensure stability for the entire121 block producers and backups across the network.
Abide By All Arbitration Decisions
EOSBIXIN as a Block Producer will abide by and action all arbitration decisions and ensure these are enacted to provide support to the EOS.IO ecosystem.
Cooperation Never Collusion
EOSBIXIN as a Block Producer will welcome all opportunities to co-operate with other Block Producers that do not compromise our operational and financial independence. We believe that cooperation is healthy for the whole ecosystem and allows for the completion of tasks with bigger scale. Examples include co-sponsoring events, co-hosting hackathons and jointly working on dApp projects that will be community owned.
