He is a leader with expertise in all facets of Marketing Research & Analytics, CRM, Blockchain Technology, Digital Media Marketing, Business & Customer Intelligence, Cyber Security and Analytics. He is a successful communicator and influencer with over 15 years of industry experience in collaborating with internal and external clients to achieve business goals. He has a prodigious track record of successful delivery and leadership of complex strategic business and IT programs within high-profile organizations. He is relentlessly focusing to put his visions in to practice to shape the future of EOS India and making happy customers.

Satish Chandra D – Co Founder
A dedicated self-starter and a passionate leader who is highly results driven. He is a multi-talented business executive with over 15 years of experience in managing complex operational environments, analyzing the competition to adapt best strategies to prosper in the marketplace. He has immense knowledge in multiple industries like finance, accounting, IT, Sales & Marketing, Logistics and E-commerce. He has a strong understanding of marketing strategies and team building and is currently striving to make the best use of it to lead EOS India to triumph.

Bhanu L – Business Development Manager
Experienced and enthusiastic business executive who is putting abundant efforts to contribute to the long-term strategic goals of EOS India. She is skilful in building key customer relationships and identifying business opportunities with extensive knowledge of current market conditions. She is dedicated to integrating the organization with her expertise in Networking, Planning and Meeting Sales Goals, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges and CRM.

Ramesh K – Executive
Proven leader with experience in research and possess exceptional management, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute to transforming raw data into usable insights. He has adept knowledge in analyzing trends, deriving insights and generating as hoc reports. He is currently associated with Indian Eagle and EOS India to achieve goals of the organization, through block producer that translates community needs into new products, services, and profits.

Rajesh Maddu – Cloud Architect
Proficient cloud professional with several years of experience in cloud architecture. He delivers customer Cloud Strategies, aligned with customer’s business objectives and with a focus on Cloud Migrations. He is using his Excellency in Database Management in cloud and his keen interest to design, deploy and operate cloud based Architectures to contribute to EOS India. He is emphasised to use his leadership to provide infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques including mass application movements into the cloud of EOS India.

Venkata Girish – System Architect
An experienced IT professional who is well-versed with blockchain architecture, programming, artificial intelligence, algorithms & data structures, probability statistics. He has an appreciable track record for performing cost analysis, server cluster administration, system backup management, troubleshooting and diagnosis. He is dedicated to design and maintain the overall IT system of EOS India.

Guna Sekhar – Systems Administrator I
Specialized in maintaining, upgrading and managing the software, hardware and networks. A committed IT administrator who has a remarkable experience in keeping Block Chain operations working smoothly. He is presently dedicated to keep the network of EOS India safe and running efficiently.

Krishna Kaladhar – Systems Administrator II
Experienced IT professional who monitors the performance and maintains the systems according to requirements. He is an expert in troubleshooting issues, outages and ensures security through access controls, backups and firewalls. He is determined to develop expertise to train staff on new technologies and keep up to date on new developments in the technology and utilize it to improve the overall performance of EOS India.

EOSIndia transparency is traditionally broken into three different types - proactive disclosure, requesting public records, and campaign finance disclosure.

Block producers exist to serve the community. Information on how block producers conduct the business and spend block rewards money for network expansion must be readily available and easily understood. This transparency allows EOSIndia good and just governance.

Defining GRC - Governance, Risk and Compliance -

While many experts disagree on a standard definition for Governance, Risk and Compliance, EOSIndia strictly adheres following principles:

BP "ELECTED":

If EOS India is "elected" as Block Producer, two Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) instances will be running as full EOS nodes. In the event of a failure of the main BP node, the secondary BP node will act as a backup and will become the main node. Minimal downtime shall be the main priority in case of a full node failure.

Scaling Plan:

Each major Indian city will be expected to host an EOS full node which will be under the support of EOS India. Proper training of setting up & maintaining an EOS full node will be provided by EOS India. Once a city has proven they have the technical knowledge and bare metal hardware to provide support as a full node, their node will be added to the EOS India cluster BP and they will start to collect EOS Rewards.
