Artic Protected

Much gratitude towards President Obama and his legacy of protecting the environment! There was one thing I needed to restore my faith and belief that things will be okay...and that was to not allow Oil Companies to drill in the prestine artic region. With new areas opening up due to warmer temperatures in the artic...there was talking and discussion of tapping into this virgin territory...however, now that the areas have been protected...chances are, the region will remain untampered!

We, as a society need to make some changes, with a big one being to end our reliance on fossil fuels...by preventing the extraction of fossil fuels will necessitate the transition to renewable and sustainable energy sources!
