The scope of the city being earmarked for the environment, mainly due to unplanned urbanization

The United Nations believes that by 2050 60 percent of India's population will be living in cities. Anyway, according to the census of 2011, a total of 31 percent of the population is residing in the city. Year-by-year rising heat, water-crisis spreading to villages and villages, hospitalized due to diseases, there are many issues that make common people aware about the environment. Some river is talking about the protection of the pond, so if somebody is taking a pledge to save the earth by planting some trees, then the forest and its habitat are trying to save the animals, but in the developing country like India, the environment The biggest crisis of 'urbanization' is almost neglected as a holistic subject.
In fact, the crisis is of the jungle or the clean air or the water; The origin of everyone is the concept of development, from which the city is continuously expanding and it is getting vulnerable to nature and naturalism. The development of culture, humanity and settlement in our country has been done on the banks of rivers. Over the centuries, the continuous stream of rivers and human life on its shores flourished. In the last few decades, such a section of development that the stream of the river came between the population and the place where the stream of population was found was settled. This is the reason that towns are becoming cities and city metropolis every year. As a result of abandoning our ancestral home and leaving the city in the long run for better employment, modern amenities and bright future, the number of cities with more than one lakh population in the country has increased to 302, whereas in 1971, Only 151 were. This is the same city with more than one million population. Its number has doubled to 16 in the past two decades.
The city with five to ten lakh population was only nine in 1971, which has now increased to half a cent. Experts estimate that 8.50 percent of the country's total population is living in 26 metropolitan cities today. The latest report from the World Bank states that in the coming 20-25 years, the number of cities with more than 10 lakh population will be more than 60, which contributes 70 percent to the country's gross domestic product. One thing is shocking that the number of people living below the poverty line in rural areas of India is equal to the poor living in the cities. This number is increasing gradually, that is, the fear will not be wrong that India will not be transformed into 'Urban slum' or urban slums in the coming century.
The city needs roads, wants electricity, wants houses, needs office. For all these, either the fields are being home or the forest. In the trick to digest the forest, trees, wild animals, traditional water snacks, everything is destroyed. This is a loss, which is not possible. Urbanization means speed, speed means vehicles and vehicles that are drinking the fuel purchased from the foreign exchange reserves and in turn are giving contaminated air. The city needs more power, more coal will burn, more nuclear plants will be installed. In the metros like Delhi, Kolkata, Patna, there is no proper arrangement for drainage, the permanent cause of water logging in the city is called.
Governments have been accepting the situation of flood due to the shallow river and the 50-year old sewer system in Mumbai due to the shallow river of Mithi. In the original form of traditional ponds in Bengaluru, unwanted tampering is considered to be a cause of flood. In order to prevent flooding in cities, the first task is to remove the permanent structures formed in the old paths of inward and clearance of water in the traditional water sources. If water is flowing down a hill, its compilation will be in a pond.
Such johar ponds have been lost in the concrete rivers. As a result, in very rain, the water starts fluttering somewhere. The underground sewer is the biggest reason for water logging in metros. When we are not able to learn the rituals of the underground sewer, then why are not we able to carry out our work from open drains? The growing number of polyethylene, home-made chemicals and non-wastes, are some of the reasons, which are enemies of deep sewers. The city means the sad result of establishing industrialization and unplanned factories that almost all the rivers have become poisonous. The river was for farming, for fish, for daily work and not for dirt in it.
In villages, towns and cities, the competition for change in metropolitan cities is engaged in the lapse of an antelope, whose reality opens up sometime. In places where there are places of employment, cleanliness, security, electricity and road comfort, in fact, it is also a crime to breathe. Dense populations of cities are the only means of spreading infectious diseases, where there is a contaminated water or air that keeps the person within and the number of sick people is high. All major cities of the country are battling the problem of getting rid of these days. Collecting garbage and then suppressing it, is becoming a major challenge. Once again, garbage from the urbanization is being hit on the environment itself.
In fact, due to urbanization the root cause of the damage to the environment is unplanned urbanization. During the last two decades, this pattern has increased across the country so that people cut illegal colonies on the fields adjoining district headquarters or towns. After this, wherever the road was built, the surrounding fields, forests, ponds were converted into legal or illegal concrete forest. Most of the cities of the country are now growing randomly on both sides of the roads. Neither is there public transportation, nor safety, nor minimum power supply
