The magic of two States Guárico-Zulia <3 "Welcome"
Very happy!!! When they arrived at the Maracaibo terminal, we went looking for them, where we exchanged hugs full of emotion because they still did not believe that they were in Zulia hahaha hahaha, if not believe it had to spend a whole day so that they assimilated that they were in Zulia State.
Immediately we went to the hotel where they would be lodged, this hotel is located almost in the center of Maracaibo, named Hotel Maracaibo Suites.
After they were able to clean themselves as expected, they had the desire to know part of my city, and without thinking much we got down to work so that they could know certain places that are of great representation for all the Marabinos and Zulians in general.
The Basilica of Our Lady of Chiquinquira
It is the busiest Catholic temple in Zulia state in Venezuela, located in the center of the city of Maracaibo. A construction dedicated to the Virgin of Chiquinquirá, patroness of the Zulia state. The basilica has 3 naves and 2 towers, a high altar, a presbytery and numerous niches dedicated to various saints.
Parque Vereda del Lago
Bordering the Lake of Maracaibo. Among the diversity of options for recreation offered by the city is the Vereda del Lago park as one of the preferred, by own and visitors. It owes its name to the long and beautiful road that borders the Lake of Maracaibo and from which it is possible to see in the distance the Rafael Urdaneta bridge, as well as the different boats that move through it.
Also in this beautiful park we can enjoy many activities to recreate and have fun, since it is very familiar in the find: a water park, to handle bicycles, parks for children, small restaurants, a tram, even to do car racing @ropavejero and @luis07 did not stay behind to enjoy a little.
Plaza and Monument to Chinita
Plaza and Monumento a la Chinita, alternatively known as the Plaza del Rosario de la Virgen de Chiquinquirá or simply the Chinita Walk, is one of the most emblematic squares in the city of Maracaibo, between 95th and 96th streets and 12th and 8th avenues, to the north of the Zulia State and to the west of the South American country of Venezuela.
The main monument. It has numerous fountains, floral arrangements and is crowned by a sculpture of the Virgin Mary of 8 meters on a base of 7 meters, which is surrounded by angels and cherubs, subdivided into 3 stages of San Juan de Dios, the Monument of the Virgen and San Sebastián.1 It was inaugurated on March 24, 2004 to honor a historic and religious event on November 18, 1709 and a few meters from the Chiquinquirá Basilica.
Luis Aparicio "El Grande"
The Luis Aparicio Stadium "El Grande" is a multipurpose sports facility dedicated specifically to the practice of baseball located in the city of Maracaibo, capital of the Zulia state, in the westernmost part of Venezuela.
After visiting all the aforementioned places we went to Lago Mall, this place is characterized and makes it special It is located on the shores of Lake Maracaibo providing the freshness of the sea breeze and the whisper of the waves with the movement of the wind. It is a very busy place, as both the marabines and all the Zulia and foreigners try to visit this shopping center to enjoy its majestic lake and mangroves ...
Once we have visited all these places, but the exhausting trips from Guárico to Zulia, I invite them to my house to enjoy a delicious dinner. The Zulians ... And then to rest, since Sunday was a celebration for all mothers.
To my God for each and every one of the moments lived.
To you my dear friends and extraordinary people who arrived in Zulia with humility to fill our hearts with great joy, eternally grateful for all that We could share an immense hug for you @ropavejero, @crisangel and @luis07.
You my dear friend @abigail-dantes that you were the main protagonist of which all this was possible.
The team @cervantes conformed with the best curators that little by little have been the springboard for many of the Spanish language grow little by little on this wonderful platform.
Last but not least my dear @tincho who unknowingly has left the best footprint in my since I started on this wonderful platform.
I'm planing to go back to Mcbo and enjoy the city. And leave behind bad memories I had about Mcbo since I was a child with my grandfather dying in a hospital :(<3
Hello Angel, I hope you leave those bad memories behind and try to return to Maracaibo, maybe it's not the Maracaibo you left behind but it's still beautiful and cozy ...
