According to Fahri, Zero Kilometer Monument is a historic monument of the Indonesian nation as it is dated from Sabang to Meraukoe and the construction of the monument should be designed as grandly as possible.
"The construction of the Kilometer Zero Monument in Indonesia must be accelerated and before President Jokowi Widodo comes to Sail Sabang, the national monument is over," said the politician of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS).
On the same day, Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives Fahri Hamza also acted as the inspector of the 89th Youth Oath Day ceremony at the Kilometer Zero Monument in Indonesia and attended by Mayor Sabang Nazaruddin and the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkompinda) in Sabang City.

Sail Sabang will be held from 28 November to 5 December 2017 and is planned to be opened directly by President Joko Widodo on December 2, 2017.
