Space X Tour With Elon Musk
Going by what Elon Musk has accomplished during his amazing journey it is fair to say that that he is a very practical genius trying to accomplish the impossible.
I truly admire what he has a accomplished within the short period he has been building all his companies , i guess he is Tesla 4.0 at-least to me ,don't know about you guys .
There are so many solid things i have learnt from Elon .
- Think big
- Plan ahead (have goals of what you can archive)
- Be consistent even when you chances of success is 1% and 99% failure.
- work hard
- Enjoy what you do even when there is no one to support you(be passionate)
- It's ok to think differently (everyone who has become great or has had huge success in life always thought differently)
- Be kind to others and help them grow , elon has been extremely helpful to his juniors including paying for collage for some of his employees .
Those are all qualities of great leadership.
