Oh wow :O you know it's enough to write keywords only right? Amazing post tho... it's actually pretty similar with post office in slovakia as well...and I don't know about it current living situation, but I'm currently volunteering with refugees in Greece and o can tell you one thing which I've learned here...be grateful for what you have :) cuz they don't have anything really
Hahaha - glad you enjoyed it - including some of my misery - makes you a sadist too, you know. (Just joking, obviously.) Nah, I figure if I'm going to make a post of it, I'm going to do a good job of it. :-)
Yes, I've had to start off again with only what we could carry more than once. It makes you more grateful to be sure. This last time (two years ago), it was the number of suitcases we could get onto a greyhound bus. We came into Wyoming on Winter Solstice morning... and the good people in our community made our Christmas for us - in those four days! It was something else.
What I learned from reading your post: Apparently self-cleaning ovens are a real thing. And I always thought that was just a joking way of talking about your oven if you're too lazy to clean it.
That's hilarious!
Yeah, I don't think they had them in England either.
Basically, it's a high-temperature setting that burns off all the crud/grease/whatever inside the oven. I hate running it because it tends to smell, but it is useful.
Thanks so much for stopping by and making me laugh.

Thank you. I hope you have a great weekend as well.
Things I research for my writing ends up on a little file that I keep open on my desktop. I often end up including it for my update - then, I can also use it for this post.
