Translation: Totalitarian Diktats
1. Coordinating Body on Agriculture
The primary administrative and coordinating body at the national level is under the Ministry of Agriculture. However, Agriculture is often dealt with under a wide range of different Ministries, such as Environment, Forestry, Industry, Natural Resources, and Rural Development.
Translation: Dysfunctional parasite bureaucracy on food dominance
The primary group of psychopathic control freaks at the tax farm level is under the Death Star of Food Destruction. However, food destruction is often dealt with under a wide range of different violent gangs, such as Environmental Despots, Forestry Finaglers, Idiots of Industry, Natural Resource Rapers, and Rural Destruction.
2. Participation of Major Groups in Decision-Making with particular reference to: Business and Industry; Farmers; Indigenous People; NGOs; Scientific Community;Women; and Youth.
Translation: The illusion of participation in decision-making by women, farmers, youth, and indigenous people, while simultaneously granting autocratic powers to the corporatocracy, social-engineering money laundering institutions, and technocrats.

3. Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development (or equivalent)
Agenda 21 sets the major objectives of sustainable agriculture and rural development (SARD) as to increase food production in a sustainable way and enhance food security,generate employment and income in rural areas, and ensure environmental protection (14.2).
Translation: GMO and Rural Degradation
Agenda 21 sets the major Satanic objectives of GMO and rural degradation as to decrease nutritious food production and enhance food monopolies, destroy small farmers, and ensure environmental protection for select dark occultists.
4. Food Security Programme
Agenda 21 requests Governments to improve food security, including adequate levels and stability of food supply and access to food by all households (14.9).
Translation: Food monopoly programme
Agenda 21 requests violent totalitarian parasitic mafias to improve food centralization, including adequate levels of GMO supply and force-feeding GMO to all tax slaves.

Thanks very much. Yes, obfuscation is one of the techniques used as a method of mind-control. I'm doing my best to demystify their jargon.
Oh yes they use their word magic to make law, medicine, science, and finance seem SOOO complicated that we "must" refer to their expertise and pay big bucks for it. Bullshit.
My personal experience with agenda 21 is an ongoing battle. I have been told I cannot build on my grandmother's land anymore because FEMA says it is in a 100 year flood zone. They are working on " rewilding " my home communities. Through economic impoverishment, taxes and regulations they are moving families out and tearing down their homes. The county has ripped out the water lines to my grandmother's old house despite water rights in the deed. They have "retired " the electric power even going so far as to remove the transformer. My attempts to reverse this have been met with the usual run around. I will not give up.
Wow, sorry to hear of all those obstacles the state is throwing at you. Whenever I see the term "rewilding", I basically take it to mean "humans prohibited". I commend you for not giving up. Maybe you could blog about this and try to obtain more support in your local area? Just a thought.
