Teaching children to be motivated to be creative, to invent, to dream, and thus make them want to learn is the best learning that can be generated.

The effort develops patience, proposes clear goals and objectives, which are proper and must be motivational, for this must be based on personal desire, not the demands of others and this becomes satisfactory.

Making children understand the importance of effort, should be primarily an act you see in the example of adults.

Effort is a habit and, to the extent that things are done, more naturally end up costing less and even enjoy the realization of effort.

The effort becomes a job of hope and is that everyone can make their best effort and must achieve it.

Motivation is necessary in the effort and something should be proposed that stimulates the children, seeking the pleasure intellectual, and is that without effort they do not learn.

Children must learn that everything in life requires effort, and as educators we must teach in this way so that the meaning of life is not lost, when we teach to be demanding, we learn the true value of effort.

Children should be guided even in case of failure, because there is a benefit in that and they are learning that something was given to them, since an effort was made that demonstrates the capacity and limitations that they have, serving to give the best of themselves.

What does the effort imply?

Break with the barrier of laziness, if you try to walk that you think you can not do it, that it costs you, in the end the person realizes that it did not cost so much and next time he will do better.

Activities that show the value of the effort

The effort helps to forge the character of the child, then teaching them to set goals, to have resistance, to have a discipline, is to help strengthen that character which will allow them to face life.

Sport activity. Children must understand that they must have clear conviction of the fulfillment of their obligations to participate in the game, whatever the sport is.

In the effort it is required:

Puntuality.
Desire to excel.
Teamwork.
Coordination.

All this is achieved with the value of effort, because having it clear makes it easier to form the habit in any activity that is executed.

An example of this is the Hula-hoops game. The children line up, and in an orderly but fast way they have to go through the center of the hula hoops without knocking it down, so it takes an effort, so that the children do it in the shortest possible time, and then the work in team can achieve the goal.
