Un docente nunca deja de estudiar en el transcurso de su vida, y el mayor aprendizaje siempre vendrá de los estudiantes, ellos se encargaran de hacerte saber otra realidad.

Some of my studens, under all the questions generated in the classroom, always ask me questions and it is convenient that these questions be clarified. Algunos de mis niños bajo todas las interrogantes generadas en el aula, siempre me hacen preguntas y es conveniente que estas interrogantes sean aclaradas. Luego de una clase, en la que considero haber utilizado mis mejores técnicas y recursos pedagógicos, evalúo si ellos en su totalidad comprendieron. La realidad muchas veces es otra, y es que no todos mis estudiantes poseen la misma capacidad de comprender y entender rápidamente.

Of course, this never ceases to happen, but through the study and the investigations that I have been doing in my classroom, I was able to understand the ideal way to work with my students and that all of them get significant learning at the same time. equitable.

Parte de mis estudiantes poseen estilos de aprendizajes totalmente diferentes al resto de sus compañeros, algunos aprenden de forma más efectiva, por el contrario a otros se les dificulta aprender de igual forma. Algunos proponen ideas, crean sus propios conceptos partiendo de las teorías y sus propias vivencias, y por el contrario a otros de mis estudiantes les resulta complicado, algunos utilizan los recursos de trabajos, textos, dibujos, pizarrón, computadoras, y otros solo observan desde su lugar de trabajo. Por supuesto, esto nunca deja de ocurrir, pero a través del estudio y las indagaciones que he ido realizando en mi aula de clases, pude ir comprendiendo la forma ideal para ir trabajando con mis estudiantes y que todos a la vez obtengan un aprendizaje significativo y equitativo.

In my first group I found the children who did not like to write or read the texts too much, they preferred to listen, their learning style is more auditory, I started with a micro class of reading stories, stories, legends and fables, they They listened and were more interested in the events described in the texts and asked questions, that way I have encouraged them to read more and for writing I play a family of words.

En mi primer grupo ubiqué a los niños que no les agradaba escribir ni leer demasiado los textos, ellos preferían escuchar, su estilo de aprendizaje es más auditivo, comencé con una micro clase de lectura de cuentos, historias, leyendas y fábulas, ellos escuchaban y se interesaban más por los acontecimientos descritos en los textos y hacían preguntas, de esa forma les he ido incentivando más a la lectura y para la escritura realizo juego de familias de palabras.

In the second group I placed my students more shy and calm, those who do not like to participate in joint activities, and if they prefer to do their activities completely alone, they have difficulty expressing their ideas and do not like to be observed , in this case I implemented a program of team activities, where each team had to overcome the challenges on a weekly basis and get points, in the end the team with the best score was the winner. The activities consisted of assembling puzzles, ordering prayers, sports games, riddles, solving mathematical problems.

En el segundo grupo ubiqué a mis estudiantes más tímidos y tranquilos, a esos que no les gusta participar en actividades en conjunto, y de ser así prefieren realizar sus actividades completamente solos, se les dificulta expresar sus ideas y no les gustan ser observados, en este caso implementé un programa de actividades en equipo, donde cada equipo debía ir superando los retos semanalmente e ir consiguiendo puntos, al final el equipo con mejor puntaje era el ganador. Las actividades consistían en armar rompecabezas, ordenar oraciones, juegos deportivos, adivinanzas, solución de problemas matemáticos.

In my third group I placed children who like to experiment, put together, build, and paint, they are more creative and practical students, with their great help and that of their classmates, they are elaborated in the classroom, billboards, paintings, drawings, clippings, the school newspaper, and other types of manual activities.

En mi tercer grupo ubiqué a los niños que les gusta experimentar, armar, construir, y pintar, ellos son estudiantes más creativos y prácticos, con su gran ayuda y la de sus compañeros, se elaboran en el aula de clases, carteleras, pinturas, dibujos, recortes, el periódico escolar, y otro tipo de actividades manuales.

In my fourth group are students who like to read, write, share, investigate, express their ideas. They participate in almost all daily activities and do not object when learning. They love to participate and quickly complete their activities, to keep them active and not get bored in the classroom the reason for them to responsibly help their peers in carrying out daily activities.

En mi cuarto grupo están los estudiantes a quienes les gusta leer, escribir, compartir, investigar, expresar sus ideas. Ellos participan en casi todas las actividades diarias y no ponen objeción alguna al momento de aprender. Les encantan participar y culminar rápidamente sus actividades, para mantenerlos activos y que no se aburran dentro del salón de clases los motivó para que ayuden responsablemente a sus compañeros en la realización de las actividades diarias.

This dynamic has brought me excellent results. I applied it to my 1st and 2nd grade elementary students.

Esta dinámica me ha traído excelentes resultados. La apliqué a mis estudiantes de Primaria de 1er y 2do grado.

Teachers must understand that our students are unique people, with characteristics and skills different from the other, so it is important that we study the personality of our children, analyze their way of being in the classroom, observe what kind of skills and abilities they possess , how they feel better working, encourage and congratulate them when they adequately perform their activities and motivate them to continue improving.

Los maestros debemos comprender que nuestros estudiantes son personas únicas, con características y habilidades diferentes del otro, por ello es importante que estudiemos la personalidad de nuestros niños, analizar su forma de ser en el aula de clases, observar que tipo de habilidades y destrezas poseen, de qué forma se sienten mejor trabajando, incentivarlos y felicitarlos cuando realicen adecuadamente sus actividades y motivarlos para que continúen mejorando.

As teachers we must provide our students with all those necessary tools that allow them to learn in an assertive and meaningful way, if you observe very well always in a classroom you will find that special feature that allows you to unite your group and move forward in the learning of your students.

Como docentes debemos brindarles a nuestros estudiantes todas esas herramientas necesarias que les permitan obtener un aprendizaje de forma asertiva y significativa, si observas muy bien siempre dentro de un aula de clases encontrarás esa característica especial que te permita cohesionar a todo tu grupo y seguir avanzando en el aprendizaje de tus estudiante.
