That is an auxiliary media as a base for reading. As a pad or a mat in reading. reading books or "kitab" sacred book. It call Rekal, or Kitab Stand.
Made of wood, a small table that is simple and easy to carry. Easy to fold, like a wings of butterfly .
Made by the small carpentry industry. Usually carved simplecarving on the wood. And that make it so original and so special.
I have one for use by my child.
