It's so crucial to manage it responsibly because it can really be a gift for everyone. Tremendous prosperity has been injected into this community, but it needs to largely benefit those original community members. There's an effort here, but it's touch and go. Tenant syndicates is a good idea. My parents are part of a group that bought a housing project in the historic neighborhood they live in, and they just fixed it up and kept it as subsidized housing. It's just actually fixed up and clean. I was really grateful they did that.
