Any idea when this quote was made and by whom?

As the titel of this posts already suggests it is made by a former US president, Andrew Jackson and in the year 1836 ( I still remember).

Nowadays we all know he was right and the power he took away from these banksters gradually returned untill 2008 and again today. Look at what Goldman Sachs did in Malaysia. Thousands of pensioners lost their life time savings partly by greed and partly by a handfull local Goldman Sachs managers setting up deliberately tricky products.

Just buy bullion gold and silver to preserve your wealth and physical not in some paper contract or electronic account with storage beyond the border signed of by an auditor paid by the same company.

By the way Andrew Jackson was the last President of the United States that had the National Debt totally paid off.

How did I come up with this ?

I just stumbled on a serie of silver coins made by the company silver shield and the images and texts on these silver coins caught my eye as they are somewhat anarchistic. And imagine I see these coins being offered by a German coinseller called Kraatz Edelmetalle.
