Yes, along with the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 which the income tax hinges on (creating an artificial demand for federal reserve notes). We should collect federal revenue from duties on imports, user fees for public infrastructure (e.g. highways, bridges, ports etc. ) severance taxes on extraction industries (e.g. oil, gas, mining etc), royalties for federal land leases, and royalty income from patents while returning to the free banking system we had before the creature from Jekyll island showed up and made us all debt slaves.
