This is such an excellent post, I love how you are promoting earth care and self care as one and the same, which it is are we are nature and we really need to be looking at all the ways we can really give back whilst also looking after ourselves xxx

I think perhaps far more people actually DO little #earthdeeds most days without defining them that way... our challenge is to bring people to recognize & share them mindfully to encourage others and build a groundswell of earth activists, bit by bit, around the globe, every day. Challenge accepted!! 💚
