Thanks for the update. This terrorist criminal (and all Phil govs and beurocrats) and his psychopathic "drug policies" are an absolute embarrassment to Filipinos. It's f'n 2016 and these jokers still want to fight the US's "war on drugs"??? What a joke. Prohibition and big gov has worked so wonderfully right? So more of the same I guess. Smh...
