I got out in the Garden today so happy made a fire. I've struggled even making a cup of tea over the least two weeks due to not being able to breath .... So was beginning to get cabin fever... But I think i'm getting better now yipeeeeeeee. Back to work soon once i've got my energy back 💯🐒
im very sociable I just like to socially distance on my own terms hahah I like lots of home time and then a bit of social :D I also like smaller things than bars/clubs etc so just waiting for the cafes /yoga classes to comeback and im sorted.
oh no that sounds bad, im glad you are on the mend :( I am not sure if I have had it or not tbh I did get a sore throat for a couple of days and a headache in feb it's hard to know how mild some of us will get it.
Yer much better now still breathing funny but getting there, back to work next week finger crossed been off three weeks, never been sick for this long ever. I read apparently it effects different blood types differently 💯🐒

Haha irs actuallt very hard to find classes that challenge my flexibility. If I’m teaching I go way lighter

It’s not really yoga I would more say it’s hyper mobility but it’s fun to do the cool stuff as a gimmick
