Keeping clean is very important now

Everyone knows the current state of the world more or less.The sun's temperature is rising day by day and it is getting very hot in our country so I am trying to take a bath twice a day and trying to make up for the lack of water in the body by eating plenty of liquid food.All in all I am having a really hard time. Try to eat plenty of liquid food and stay clean which is good for you. thank you.
