I remember our guidance counselor had a sign out side his office that said, “Your I WILL means more than your I.Q.!”

I didn’t understand that at the time, but I sure do now.

I’ve known a ton of really talented people over the years who never do much as an adult for no other reason other than they didn’t apply themselves for multiple different reasons.
