什麼是 #22KILL
#22kill 是一項全球意識計劃，旨在幫助平民了解退伍軍人中令人擔憂的自殺率。為了支持這一事業，他們製造了一項挑戰，即每天進行22次俯臥撑，持續22天。如果你想參與，那麼每天只需做22次俯臥撑22天，然後提名一位朋友做同樣的事。您還可以在其網站上捐贈＃22KILL原因。
為什麼稱它為＃22KILL？2012年，VA發布了一份自殺數據報告，平均每天有22名退伍軍人被“殺死自殺”（KBS）。 “22KILL”這個名字意在引起人們的注意，因為我們的主要任務始於提高對問題的認識。預防自殺是一項非常艱鉅的任務，特別是當公眾首先不了解這個問題時。為了預防或“解決”問題，首先必須學習並理解問題本身及其原因。通過自我教育，我們將能夠找出可以引導某人思考自殺的觸發因素，並在這些問題出現時面對這些問題，而不是讓他們積累成更糟糕的事情。
