When the people you lead actually start leading you...
One of the managers in my business sat ME down and explained that my leadership style on a particular day was hurting the business. She even showed me video footage to illustrate her point.
At first I was appalled that she would tell me how to lead my employees. But I eventually started to realize that SHE WAS RIGHT!!! I am so proud!
She has developed her leadership skills to the point of helping her leader. Now the question is...

She's using a perfect example of leadership by pointing out to you in video how she feels your leadership style may be detrimental to the team.
As long as it's something you can use as a tool for your growth, it can be a positive experience.
I was really glad she stepped up and helped me out. It made me proud.

first off....i love the sunshine gotee, there is a type of lucky perfection there that could never be edited... and the sun gotee stayed on the whole fucking ride too!!! So as to the content...i feel you...it is hard to hear the feedback that you were not at your best...especially from some student part timers...but for sure...gotta listen...age is irrelevant. I appreciate your ability to take it. I too own a business and have my shit days. I try to feel them now...so i wont take them out on the innocent....easier said than done as they say. great vlog...you have a new follower
Haha.. I was a little concerned about the sunshine goatee. I even tried to hang a shirt from the visor but it didn't work. But I thought it looked kinda cool so I just went with it. Love the name.....buttcoins!
