MANAGING EXPECTATIONS
I think this is an important information for the entire ecosystem not just dtube, and everyone in general. Managing expectations. We all have expectations and we formulate ways of meetings this expectation, but often times we do not get the required result and that leaves us frustrated. In this video I share my thoughts on expectations and how we can manage it.

I think I can understand what you are saying .... its easy to give up and lie down.
On the other hand I have seen that most of those who reach their goals are the ones that keep on pushing. I also think that whatever struggles we face, they all add up and provide value to our character and build us from within.
Great video Bro! Steem-On!

I relate very much with the message as I have seen the benefits of consistency; not only posting but also engaging with the community and great authors that put their best effort to add value. Being an early adopter is tough but if expectations are managed well, the payoff can be great!

This is a fantastic take on how to approach steem in regards to expectations nonsowrites :)
So much of what you say makes sense. Especially about focusing on what you can add to the platform, rather than getting swept up in expectations about payouts/engagement etc.
It was cool to hear your thoughts 🙂
