Multiplying Abundance: Preparing for Baker Creek Spring Planting Festival

in dtube •  2 months ago  (edited)

This weekend we’re preparing to vend at Baker Creek Spring Festival!

We’re so excited to represent Mountain Jewel at our first event. In a couple weeks we will be celebrating spring, abundance and country culture.

We are readying our plants for sale and are happy to be distributing hardy plant genetics. This morning I am up potting some luscious looking boysenberries (blackberry and raspberry hybrid). These are all tip layers that propagated themselves.

Last season I let the canes sprawl untrellised and the result is more plants. What a blessing. We have a deep passion for plants that thrive!

This is just the start of our permaculture nursery and we are sooooooo happy to be realizing our vision. This dream has been years in the making and we’re really looking forward to sharing the Earth’s abundance at this upcoming festival.

Here’s to more folks growing nutrient dense food!

The tip layer Boysenberry looks SO vigorous. Wonderful to go with the flow and share all the 'Plants that thrive' and the bounty that nature is providing you.

Looking forward to some images from Baker Creek Spring Festival now too. I have the feeling your plants and your energy will be really well received there. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎

Hey @mountainjewel. I was wondering if I could get a starter set of some seeds for a spring garden. I'm up here in Montana and would love to plant some greens and anything else you might recommend. I would be happy to cover shipping!
