Vlog 20 - Body Update - I lost 4 kg of Fat
Hey people of the Dtube world,
today a little body update after my announcement of my low calorie diet back in the beginning of march.
In this time I lost 4 KG of fat and I look a lot more defined now.
So I'm content with my progress so far.
In this short video I talk mainly about my diet behavior and I show you some photos of my achievements so far.

Also genau genommen habe ich schon Anfang/Mitte Februar halbwegs damit angefangen.
Konkreter wurde es dann erst im März :)
