I managed to get 7 hours last night :-)
I usually get 5-6 which probably is not enough for me. With such a busy life I have no time for sleep :-) I hope to slow down some time though

It’s not always easy to get enough sleep if you want to get much done.
Lifestyle gets in the way of having proper sleeping habit. Especially those who work at night. Sleeping during the day is not the same as sleeping during the night.
You have to find the perfect rhythm for yourself.
