When Your Feet Leave The Rock

It has been an amazing couple of days here in Lake Cumberland. We are living life to it's fullest, and we are taking the experience for all it has to offer.

Yesterday, Stacie D and I did some cliff jumping. There was something special about being up on a cliff with the love of my life, and then jumping into the nothingness.

While she was up on the rocks we were having a talk about what is, would, and could happen. She was pretty scared about all of the possibilities. We talked it through and came to the conclusion that there is an infinite number of possibilities... but nothing will be real until her feet leave the rock.

We often get caught up in a world that doesn't exist. It is fully decorated with material from the deepest parts of our imagination. As we consume more mainstream and social media, we keep taking in more information. That information turns into decorations for our reality.

We have to remember that it isn't real. It may be real for someone else, but not for us. There are also things that we are experiencing that others are not. It comes to a point that we are just different and in different places. We also have to remember that we control what our lives look like. We can make a choice for change.

As for me and Stacie D... life is beautiful, and we intend to enjoy it until it's over.
