Fitness or Function.... DO SOMETHING! // Simple Fitness

Whenever I talk with friends and family about fitness, I try to focus more on function. It isn't always about looking like a super hero, but more about being able to live your life.
Our most recent addition to the variety of movement is crawling. Simply trying to get our bodies to respond. Our arms and wrists to take our weight. Our legs to bend and push. Simple and plain.
We can either do nothing, or we can do something!!
