Unless things have evolved the problem with decentraland is that the cheapest slice of land costs about 1 ETH, so unless you've got a couple of hundred dollars to kick start your purchase it's a non-starter.
I actually have a few thousand MANA, but nowhere near enough to buy my own land!
Interesting project though, and the prices might come down of course.
1 ETH... That is quite a lot, even though the price is down at the moment, but then if convert to MYR, it still cost a bomb...
But the concept is really interesting and cool.
