I've never made it into a shake, but Ginger+Lemon+Honey+Hot Water gets me through the winters! Just let it sit for a few minutes and it's ready. Great for soar throat, stomach ache, immunity boost and staying warm (both honey and ginger are warming in nature). Thanks for sharing @infinityroad, I'll try it in a shake form as summer is almost here.
