At present, Amrit Mahotsav fortnight is being celebrated with great pomp in my state. This tree plantation program will run from July 1 to July 15. The importance of such a campaign increases even more when we are battling natural calamity. Half of the rainy season to say has passed but so far only 2 days have get nominal rain. It was never imagined that such severe heat in the rainy season, but it is happening. And this is happening because human needs have swallowed up the trees and forests. Today we are in dire need of such Amrit Mahotsav programs so that we can save our earth.
