Good question.
Each agreement I make with a mentee or student is based on my instincts. If I think someone is a good person and will pay me overtime, I will sometimes offer this.
Most important to me is that the student approaches in the right way with a good attitude and understands that I teach them what they need to know to be successful and not what they want to know.
I look at each student and their situation. I like to spend time finding a good solution to help my mentees and students but also am busy with running multiple companies and over 100 projects around the world. I didn’t reach this level of success by not being willing to help people. But I also make my own decisions.
