Hi friends,

This is my day#29 video for 7 push-ups for 77 days challenge by Nathan

I have completed over 4 weeks of doing this activity. It has become part of my daily activitiy routine. Did it with my kid and it was a great fun 😆 . You can see him enjoying in this video.
