last attack time kinda useless - no shields, everyone can attack your farm when u waiting for them to gain more resources
It's good to know when you last attacked so you have a cadence to attack after they've built up more resources. You don't want to attack after only an hour from taking everything, since they have not had a chance to build up.
It just drives the formula to the right of it though if you're wondering that, makes entering the next attack time easier
