Red tea, I'll check it out. Enjoyed talking with you. Take care of yourself. Try distilled water. I'll bet you find it to be quite good in taste and in what it does for you.

Distilled water is nice, I tasted it many times. But I'm skeptical of the lack of minerals in it.

Minerals that are good for the body come from fruits and plants not water. The minerals in say spring water are "dead" organic minerals which clog the organs. "living organic minerals come from living foods such as plants and fruits. Water again is a solvent meant to pull out things not needed in the body. Distilled being pure with no parts per million is able to get out the "dead" organic minerals within the body. Don't be deceived. Look into it.
