STEEM ON

There has been some big news around Steem the last few days. Ned said Steemit Inc. is in financial trouble laying off some 70% of company staff but he didn't give a specific number.

Here's the post:

Ned is will be on DTube live today.

I will be asking some tough questions if I get the chance. My biggest questions are

  1. Can Steemit Inc survive a prolonged period of .04 - .06 USD priced Steem?

  2. Have they done the math on cost for DApps to use steem or said another way how much steem are Dapps going to be required to have to operate on steems block chain?

  3. What skill sets does the company still have on payroll and how many?

  4. What skill sets were let go and did they offer them to work for crypto from home on future projects? Were any attempts made to help these people transition into something new or were they just given the boot and told good luck?

  5. AND FINALLY !!!! WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND FIRES EMPLOYEES DURING THE HOLIDAYS !!!! Ned had to have known for months what he was planning, he has been selling tokens like mad for months. The time to down size the ship was 5-6 months BEFORE he sold out NOT after ... VERY POOR TASTE

Your last question is very funny. All these fire brigade approach of firing staffs during fall of price is a clear sign that the company isn't proactive. They should have seen this coming ever since and take protective measures. Just hope steem survives this price fall!

Hey @dreamryder007, was just reading your last article and this one popped in.
I want to ask you what do you think Steem is lacking right now and what are your proposal to make the famouse triple back-flip, thanks!

Mooning steem would be easy. However I will not help them create billions of dollars of value for free. If they are to cheap to pay then they can just keep flopping around until the project dies (think tetris creator for Nintendo)

I will add the course they are on atm and the poor decisions they are still making don't bode well for steems future. I offered ned my services for warrents, if some whales want to group up and pony up some tokens or warrents I would be open to this as well.
