GREY

Everyone has settled for the night, so did my cat and I next to the window. It is dark outside when cat notices something and start to look around. I too take a look and notice a silhouette of a bird. It is a pigeon and as it gets closer to the window, I can tell it's colors; brown body with purple edge wing stripes and green edge tail stripe. Cat is not satisfied and leads me outside. As we turn towards the side of the house, cat is now in a female human form and looking at the roof, where I too notice some movement and pull out a flashlight. There is something gray crouching and when I shine more light, it looks right at us and jumps towards us on the ground. Moving towards us it makes a "gurp gurp gurp" sounds until it reaches us and then with a loud scream of ARG as it grabs me, jolts me wide awake.
