Cool! I liked it... A story with lots of ins and outs to wonder about and maybe grow into other stories.
What a strange name for a lady... Francis. I had never heard that name as referring to a woman. I know the name Frances as female, but Francis, I have always assumed would be a male name... Another story could spring up from that. :)
Keep on writing. I enjoyed it a lot.
