But I guess that when you're longer in the game he changes his attitude as you said 'at the beginning of the game'. I'm very similar (although I don't look as cute as he does :D ), when I meet someone for the first time it is difficult for me to be myself. When I get to know them, there is nothing to stop me from annoying them with my life stories, lol :D

Hehehe, yeah as you said, his journey is pretty relatable to a lot of us. I think few people are gifted with the social abilities that we need to have to be proper humans. Most of us take a long time to level up our socialisation and empathy skill, maybe even now XD.

I played this game so long ago, and now I am so glad to see this cute character again, it brought me back many years ago, in the merry and carefree years of my life. Vivi is a very cool character, I remember about Tantalus gang, poor Vivi was looking for the answer to the question - who is he !? and how was he born !?
Oh, how it was a long time in my life. Excellent drawing, a wonderful choice of character, Mysterious baby magician turned out very cool in your drawing. <3
Are you saying you're no longer merry and carefree? No wonder you called yourself sadheaven. Though with your ability of making music, I don't think you should ever feel sad. Well sometimes is okay I guess, but it shouldn't be often XD.
Over time, my fun fades away, I am too sentimental, and I take a lot of things very close to my heart. I became sad because the world has changed, before, everyone was kinder, everyone lived together. And now many have become angry and are looking for profit for themselves, war is going on everywhere, every day hundreds of people die, someone loses loved ones, someone stays on the street after losing their homes. It makes me sad, I absorb this negative like a sponge and try to process it into a positive and pour it out, to make the world better and kinder. <3
I feel you. But as much sad things are happening right now, and had happened always over the course of history, there's also good stories. Stories that none ever talk about. Mainstream media and social networks are a cluster of negativity and fear mostly. Echo chambers of despair. Not in ts entirety, but in great proportion. But think that for every sad story, out there there's at least one that is filled with compassion, reason and joy. Sadly most of the world is driven by god money, but there is always people who see through the illusion of money, economic, social and political systems, which are not inherently bad, but had turned out poisoned as the greedy ignorant humans that stir them. So cheer up and shine! We're not alone. Hugs!
That looks like quite a magical wand emanating all those violet flames. Having a wand like that would not just raise the self-esteem of someone who doubts their unique abilities but let them see why they needed to have all those doubts in the first place. And once the doubts turn into fairy floss, the wielder of the wand will have the ability to help others see more of their total creative self.

Oh yes! The Black Mage! He is definitely iconic from the Final Fantasy series and one can really see why easily.... From the first time I saw Vivi and how his shyness is palpable due to him always hiding his face, I was like, yes, this me.
Like you say, most of us would probably be able to relate to being introverted, clumsy, and a little afraid to use our abilities in fear that we might ruin things. That personality screams self-doubt so vividly and it is through Vivi's journeys that we find a lot of our own selves translated in the games :)
I think you coloured him very well, scrawls ! The style is very reminiscent of game illustrations with simple primary colours but buoyant tonality. Love the subtle lighting effect on the magic rays, in particular <3 And the faint glows of his eyes is nicely done, too :D
I really like your Final Fantasy piccars XD They are making me feel like going back to play the games again :D :D :D
