Character Design #4: Swamp Knight
Drawn this morning straight to ink with no prior planning.
In "Fading", the Great Black Swamp was once the seat of the enigmatic Mun civilization. The royal order of swamp knights faithfully protected the kingdom, but now, along with most aspects of their culture, have nearly been forgotten. Pieces of their armor are occasionally found by swamp trawlers, and fetch a high price.
Another great character. Straight to ink baby! Swamp Knight is a great idea. What is your story going to be about?
On the most basic level it's about relationships and death. But it's also about ghosts, cults, forbidden magic, and alternate dimensions.
