Doodle art - eye 🖊 パターンアート - 目
Hi everyone!
My mind was all over the place today...too many things to think about...
So, I was hoping that drawing would calm it down but anime characters are not a good choice when I'm in this kind of mode.
I was staring at my sketchbook and my mechanical pencil for a while but I couldn't draw at all. Then the patterns that I learned recently caught my eye.
So I put down my mechanical pencil and grabbed a good old-fashioned pencil.
Somehow I like the not so sharp pencil when I am drawing patterns.
What should I draw then? The first image I had was an eye.

今日は色々と考えるところがありまして... 反省すべき事とか、今後の事とか。。。考えがまとまらずにぐるぐるしていました。
取り合えず何か描いてみようと思ったのですが、それもなかなか進まず...
こういう時はアニメキャラは描けませんね。イケメンくんのお顔が浮かびません。完全にお悩みモードです。
しばらくデスクに座ってスケッチブックとシャーペンを眺めていると、覚えたてのパターンが目に飛び込んで来ました。
シャーペンを片付けて、鉛筆に持ち替えます。
どういうわけか、パターンの下絵を描く時はあまり尖っていない鉛筆の方がいいんです。
何を描こうかな...簡単な物...と真っ先に頭に浮かんだのは目でした。

ザクザクっと下絵を描いて...
I'm so good at inking as you can see LOL I wasn't really trying to ignore the sketch lines!
インクペンでさらにザクザクっと。
下絵を無視してますね。我ながら笑えます。
Add some patterns.
I usually use 0.3mm ink pen but I used 0.1mm for some spot this time.
パターンを描いていきます。
ほぼ 0.3mmのインクペンで描いていますが、細かいところは0.1mmで描きました。

At this point my mind seemed calm and be able to focus.
ぎゃっ！
こ、怖い。。。
この頃には頭の中でぐるぐるしていたものが気にならなくなり、描くことに集中していました。
I just let the pen glide on the papper as I go.
I added some shade with pencil at the end.
I didn't quite get to the answer I was hoping for but drawing patterns seemed to settle my feelings plus I created something weird so I say, this is good for now and I'll move on ;)
思うままに...ペンに任せる感じで...覚えたてのパターンをいろいろ描き加えます。
かなり楽しいです。
ちょっとだけ鉛筆で影を入れて出来上がり。
考えはまとまりませんでしたが、心が落ち着きました。
取り合えず、なんだか分からない物も描けたので、今日はこれでヨシとします^^

I also have a lot to think about it. Because I’m a scatterbrain, it’s very difficult to focus especially when I have a lot of thought in my mind.
Yes! Drawing is a good way to relax your mind.

私が買った本には「絵心不要！」と書いてましたが、ここまでのアートになると、それどころじゃないですね(^-^;

お絵描きはジンさんにとって、心がモヤモヤ、ぐるぐるした時の「対処法」でもあるんですね。
こういう時は描けないことの方が多いのですが、パターンアートはとてもいいです^^

Wow this is an amazing eye. Normally, it is disgusting for me when I see patterns drawn on the eye. It's just so scary and urgh But the specialty in this eye is it doesn't makes me feel like that. This is just simple and there's not much to be afraid of. But just imagine if our eyes are like this. People has different kinds of eyes with different patterns in them 👁️👁️
Haha... I love drawing eyes. I shall try agaim heehee ;)
