• It is not bad but the price of the actions should be made rational in order to help low SP holders.

RC requirements should scale with sp - doesn't need to scale linearly. Large accounts can basically do everything without constraint. Small accounts can write very few posts or comments until they have to wait. Not good for adoption.
As a rule of thumb I think you should be able to maybe do minimum 25 posts per day from the beginning.
