Do you use cryptocurrency faucets?

A cryptocurrency faucet is a site, app, etc that rewards a user a small amount of cryptocurrency every hour or so. The old school airdrop.

An example of a faucet would be FreeBitcoin

Do you use these faucets? If not, would you?
