This ad was for the TV marketing portion of the game, but the actual clip has been used by other conspiracy/paranormal-related Youtube channels to indicate something strange going on in Russia. One of the more religious channels indicated that the actual zombies are "Nephelim" or fallen angels, and this is an actual clip of some kind of underground war between races in a remote region of Russia, but that was during the whole lead-up to 2012, apocalyptic group-think.
