The mind is a powerful tool

People are being manipulated into living a life that is being chosen for them. Media, celebrities, alcohol, drugs all these things are ways of stopping you from being you the real you who enjoys waking up everyday, feeling the blood pump through your veins, not dependent on anything but the sun. You have to be stronger, you have to control your mind and dig deep and stop allowing your self to be taken for a ride, take absolute control of every choice you make and you will find who you truly are and you will love it. At one point in my life i was this person being controlled made to believe i was in control when i was not, after so many attempts to find myself that i had lost in adulthood i finally did. You see your a child you do nit get influenced by anyone you do what you want to do, you follow your instincts, this may be the reason why children are always in trouble because adults want them to be manipulated and controlled like they are. Maybe there envious of the free spirit they have and they live life spontaneously without calculating every step and just live no sense of time of day living in the moment, what a feeling its the real meaning of why we are here to live right now this moment not tomm not next week or next year now stop borrowing from time you have right now you dont need to borrow next week or next year because you cannot afford it you will never get it back. Control what is happening right now and follow what your feeling and what you want to do not what you think your suppose to do by all the training societies gives to be they way they think is right. Control your mind is yours not theirs take it, if you can control the moment the now you can control your life, follow your instincts because your instinct is your trueself its you. Istopped drinking alcohol in one day because i took control of my mind and as simple as that it was over, people will tell you its not possible dont let them control your mind your in control not them, you can turn ANYTHING OFF in one second thats how powerful the mind is, sit down with your mind and evaluate change what you knowdeep inside is not you is preventing you from being happy and predictable.
