Well you aren’t wrong, your voting power rejuvinates every 2 days, each day you can use 10 upvotes without your VP getting effected, so you can do 20 100% upvotes every 2 days without your VP dropping, after 20 upvotes your VP depletes till another 2 days passes. And yes you’re right you don’t have enough VP to control the amount of voting power you use. Once you have 500 VP you can control how much power you delegate to each upvote you use, therefor not using all your voting power at once. Here’s a picture of what it looks like once you have 500 Steem power, you can adjust to between 1 and 100
