Information is Great, but the real Call to Action is ACTION!
We are constantly being bombarded with information about all the problems in the world: climate change, pollution, depression, anxiety, disease. Add to that the constant blaming: government, the rich, the poor, religion, ignorance, fear... it is enough to make you want to hide under your covers.
Actions Speak Louder Than Words
But in the end, we have the power to change everything through our actions. Even the smallest change can make a lasting difference. So I am challenging myself to always include ways you can act to make a difference when I share with you the latest news and research on the topics I live, and I invite you to do the same. I invite you to share what you are doing and how others can get involved.
As I was recently reminded, we are looking for that Gandhi moment when he realized that a simple solution to carry salt would crush the English colonial rule. Share with us the problems of the world, and then share with us your ideas for how to solve them. Let's create a community of change makers and problem solvers!
