In this episode of Golden Sparrow,I visit Thol Wildlife Sanctuary.
Situated pretty close to Ahmadabad city, it takes about 30minutes for one to reach Thol bird sanctuary. Once you land at Ahmedabad airport you will find the official brochure of the Gujarat tourism department, but, curiously it doesn't have a mention of this wonderful place.
Once you are in, take a deep breath of fresh air. You can almost instantly hear the chirping of birds. Climb up the flight of stairs and you will have the Thol lake welcoming you.
