I have the keyframe interval to 2 but the kbps at 5,000. I'm going to try an offset first to see if that helps. If it doesn't I'll lower the bitrate. According to Reastream.io there wasn't a single dropped frame so it looks like YT, Periscope and DLive can handle the bandwidth.
set your keyframe time interval to 2 in obs at 3000kbps bitrate
